Tomato Shrimp with Creamy Polenta

Her notes:

The only changes I made were:
1. I use those tubes of polenta instead of the boxed stuff and sauté it with some chicken broth and other seasonings to jazz it up a bit.
2.  I don’t use butter in the polenta.  Just chicken broth.
3. A can of diced tomatoes will work if you don’t have fresh grape tomatoes.
